Good location, many attractions and good restaurants are in walkable distance from the apartment. Also apartment has everything you need during stay

In the middle of our stay host requested additional 40 euro as a cleaning fee, which wasn't mentioned before. We contacted Booking support because of that and got confirmation that we should pay this fee. We didn't pay it after all, but it was unpleasant surprising request. Besides that you have to be aware that there are pretty loud place on the ground floor that has very loud music on some days.
