The communication was great.We wanted to come earlier,to leave our luggage-they agreed,met us.Tbe location is amazing-everything close to visit, no big noise at night, slept well.Surrounding very safe.Enough space -promise,come back one day❤Was provided with shampoo,soap,and complementary-WINE.Thank you and all tbe best to You❤

Excellent communication (we had to make a last-minute late evening booking when our other accommodation developed a problem). Easy check in/access. Great facilities in a very comfortable, roomy, liveable base in Alfama. Proper kitchen, washing machine and line, good shower, comfortable bed. Appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of wine too! Pretty close to Castle and other Alfama attractions.

It is situated on a fairly noisy street in a "gritty" area but this is Alfama! Although we never felt unsafe and would happily re-book (Also expect a pretty elevated slog up from downtown or use bus/tram) Of course, these are not really criticisms of the apartment itself.

Excellent location, indeed in the heart of Lisbon, clean and comfortable apartment, there were facilities to cook if needed

The location was quite noisy, the apartment did not have any air-conditioning and it is pretty hot, we had to leave open the windows but then there was lots of noise. The owners sent us quite a few messages beforehand, nevertheless they did not share details for auto check in as requested. We had to search for their number and contact them. Hopefully the communication was prompt.
