Just adorable little cute apartment in old city. Very central location.

Sound isolation. But that you can’t blame on apartment owner wen tou chose to stey in very center of big city.

Good location in Alfama. I really liked all the narrow streets and old buildings. The apartment could do with a lot more maintenance though, but was okay value for the price I paid.

Communication wasn’t great after booking. I requested an early check in twice through booking.com but received no reply’s from the host. I was sent a couple of messages about checking in and if I need airport transfers, but was later told by the host that these were automated messages and not always monitored. What if I had agreed to an airport transfer? Or needed urgent help? I also messaged asking for the entry PIN code on the day I arrived, but again no reply, so ended up going to the Love Apartments office. It was only then I was told that WhatsApp is the best way to contact the host, but I feel this should have been made clear from the start as it’s very important to able to contact a host directly after booking. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance, there were handles missing from the doors inside, the hot & cold taps are plumbed in the wrong way around on the bath and the oven didn’t work. All the basics should work properly in a self catering apartment, and this shows that appliances aren’t being checked.

It was a lovely cozy place in the heart of Alfama. Good starting point to all you can see in Lisbon. Safe, clean and pitoresque. The staff was helpfull.

If you look for luxury, this is not your place.

I expexted the room from my last visit. This room was next door and at the first floor. I liked it even a little bit more because it was more quit. I will be back for sure and I recommended the InLove apartments to a friend already.

But the location does not have access for arrival by car.

lovely, cozy flat in the old town. great location. parking was very near and price very reasonable (at the cruise terminal, 2/3 blocks away)

not enough towels or soap

1) Hard to come in contact with the owner 2) Internet not working 3) No soup 4) Towels dirty 5) apartment looks new on the photos; BUT is old 6) toilet very uncomfortable and old
