PRINCIPE REAL Apartments

L' appartamento è lungo e stretto ma funzionale e pulito,arredato con gusto,la zona è ricca di ristoranti e negozi,ben servita dai mezzi.

Per noi tutto bene,una persona anziana potrebbe avere difficoltà con la scala dell'entrata.

The apartment is very well located - nearby metro, bus and tram stop. Also in walking distance from all you want to see or need - restaurants, shops, park. Apartment also has air conditioning, equipped kitchen and overall was really clean. The apt owner Ana was lovely and understanding to our problem with cancelled flight and offered us one extra night free of charge since we have arrived a day late! Also her tips to locations were really handy.

Getting up the steep stars to upper apartment with suitcases might be funny :) otherwise we have not missed anything.

L'emplacement

Le logement est bruyant. La chambre principale donne sur un puits de lumière où se trouvent les moteurs des climatiseurs de l’immeuble, qui tournent en continu,. Impossible d’avoir du silence. Nos enfants dormaient sur le canapé-lit du salon, dont les ressorts grincent à chaque mouvement, ce qui a aussi perturbé leur sommeil. Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur place et repartons vraiment fatigués, avec beaucoup de sommeil en retard.

Location, attentive owner and good value.

Perfect for 2 people or couple. Tight for 3. Other apartments outside unit of AC was noisy and kept running all the time.

The apartment is in the perfect location, was very clean and getting into the apartment was very easy. Ana (the host) was very quick to answer any of our questions and sent us many tips for things to do around Lisbon. We had a great weekend!

The only thing was the steep staircase (as we had a stroller), but not a problem for couples or older children!
