Great location and no general issues within the apartment, a must for me is a good shower with consistent hot water which we had, clean, comfy beds and 3 of us settled in well, wasn't noisy. Though didn't see staff, easy to reach by phone and what's app when needed - very friendly communication.

Very minor issue was that the pillows were lumpy but after a long day of walking around Lisbon very easy to fall asleep!

The staff have been very helpful and they responded to our inquires in a timely manner.

Nothing particular. It met our expectation.

The location was amazing, we were easily able to walk to the metro, the waterfront & many other main tourist attractions.

Although the apartment was extremely quiet & there was no noise from the street you could hear guests from other apartments in the building coming & going at all hours

Location Because it is internal unit, No noise in spite of being in central chado. Host was excellent

Great location, very central and close to everything the city has to offer. Self check in was made very easy with tutorial videos sent through WhatsApp.

It's a little bit small for 3 or more adults with luggage, but this is pretty evident from the photos in the ad so we expected this before arrival and wasn't a big problem for us for a short stay.

Location was excellent. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable.
