La ubicación es estupenda en pleno centro del barrio de Baixa, cerca del mirador de Santa Justa, y cerca de la parada de salida del tranvia 28. Además los anfitriones nos dejaron una botellita de vino. No contábamos con que nos pusieran gel y champú. Todo super limpio.

En pleno centro de Lisboa con una oferta increíble de restauración y al lado de varios nudos de transporte (tranvía, metro, tren) que permitían llegar a cualquier rincón de Lisboa y alrededores. El anfitrión super amable (a la entrada nos regaló una botella de vino portugués).

ubicada en una finca bastante antigua (como todo el centro de Lisboa), se nota en detalles como las escaleras a subir para llegar al apartamento.

Bagno senza finestra ed aspirazione. Cucinotto piccolissimo e senza un tavolo su cui poter mangiare in 4. Impianti da rifare completamente. Struttura vecchia fatta eccezione per gli infissi. In generale a me piacciono le strutture datate ma non quando sono malandate come in questo caso. La porta doccia è lo scarico possono abbandonarti in qualsiasi momento. Stessa cosa per la seduta del wc. Il lavandino del bagno scarica piano piano..... la cucina non l'abbiamo voluta neanche provare viste le condizioni. Suggerirei di rifare tutti gli impianti, di spostare la cucina nel salottino, almeno un tavolo puo entrarci e di rifare completamente il bagno. Infine Troppo troppo troppo caro per quello che è; sarebbe troppo caro anche dopo gli interventi suggeriti.....Peccato.

The location is truly excellent! As soon as you step out of the accommodation, you're surrounded by souvenir shops and great restaurants. Most major attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The place had three beds, which was perfect for our group of three.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and the staircase is narrow and steep, which made it quite difficult to carry our large suitcases up and down. The gas stove requires manual ignition, so you’ll need to use matches. Also, be careful when using the washing machine—do not place any fragile items on top of the microwave above it, as the vibration from the washer can cause them to fall. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a great stay overall. I would definitely recommend this place!

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very hospitable—they even welcomed us with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The photos accurately represent the accommodation, though the rooms were a bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures.
