- the location is perfect, near TimeOut (where there's great food) and near Cais do Sodré Train Station (for a train to Cascais). Near the train station there are also many trams, busses, and it's a good place for ordering an Uber. - it's 15 minutes by foot to Praça do Comércio. - there's a pizza place near (Pizza à fatia) that works till 2 AM, so when we arrived after midnight with our late flight, we bought from there some pizzas and soda. - the property is very quiet and clean, excellent for a nice sleep after a busy day. - the property management is responsive to messages and helpful.

- nothing in particular, I'm very satisfied with the property. - Google maps doesn't do it justice, it shows a empty storage yard behind the building when in fact that's a garden with a restaurant. Looks like Google doesn't have the latest imagery for Lisboa.

Apartment is excellent,modern. It is on great location. Washing mashine and dish washer is very practical. It is not noisy streat. Bed is comfortable.

-Our door which has no key but only automatic code for opening broke down so we had problem go come in and it was very late at night. We hardly manage to open the door on out own after long call with their call center. Repair guys came tomorow to fix it. - there is not enough spoons,knifes,forks so having wasing machine has not much point

The apartment was nice, it has a good space for a familly of 4 (max), another good thing is that you can find the basic things to save time and a little money like salt, pepper, toilet paper, detergent for wash and dish machine and location was good, very close to many restaurants and subway station

There no a reception place in the building to help you for example to keep the luggage during the day if you have a night fligh and also they don’t allow us to do a late check out (we had our fligh at 23:30 we have to wait all day long with 2 kids
