La ubicación muy buena, buen aparcamiento, muy limpio todo y las camas muy cómodas.

Sehr gute Lage im Stadtteil Ajuda (aber nich in Belem, wie der Name vermuten lässt). In der Nähe sind viele gute Restaurants und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

In der Beschreibung wird die Wohnung mit 80 m² beworben. In Wirklichkeit sind es aber höchstens 50 m², wenn man die Schrägen im 1. Stock ignoriert und die Treppe mit zählt. Außerdem gibt es ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung. Wird gekocht und dann noch der Wasserkocher angeschaltet, fällt der Strom aus.

This clean updated apartment was very pleasant and the bed comfortable The host communicated quickly and left us coffee for the first day. Neighborhood was quiet and within easy walking to several grocery stores and restaurants. We walked to the river.

The bedroom was a spacious loft but the bathroom was down the stairs. We booked knowing that but it was a bit inconvenient and no railing. Keep on mind the city center is a 15 min car ride.

Nice property , good location. Very clean .

No handrail on the stairs.
