"Very good"

Brilliant location in heart of Baixa, really close to bars, restaurants and square where sightseeing buses and taxis can be found. Fairly basic accommodation, but it suited our needs due to location and price. We were able to drop our bags off earlier, which was really appreciated and got lots of information prior to arrival and whilst there to help. Would recommend.

"historic, clean, spacious"

very central, clean, modern but with a taste of history, has Netflix (kids were happy), a balcony to enjoy the view on the city (too narrow and low for ppl with vertigo though). check in was simple and efficient. lots of restaurants around and bottles of water provided. the staff (we’ve never met them), who is probably naturally not very flexible, actually made an effort and agreed to keep our bags for us exceptionally. now, maybe it would have been better if they were more flexible, but I do appreciate the extra effort, this for me means that they value the opinion and the situation of their clients. 10 out of 10.

The entrance downstairs was dirty and the was left open quite often.
