The location is perfect

The mattresses are uncomfortable and the refrigerator is dirty.

Nice place with everything you need. Not far from city centre and with very good transport connections. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Good communication with the host, easy check-in. The thing I didn't like - the leak from the shower cabin. Obviously, it needs repair, but until then, something to remove the water should be provided. Otherwise, it comes inside the room.

This small and cosy apartment is located in a very nice district not too far from all of the sights, while not being in the busy touristic center. A supermarket is in walkable distance, and there is a calm and beautiful waterfront path for walking (on the way to Belém). The apartment has all you might need for a short stay. There are plenty of heaters (we stayed in winter).

The apartment is on the ground floor, and you can hear people speaking outside (but the street is quiet in general). The bedroom is much quieter, we had absolutely no problems sleeping or resting.

Perfect location, it was easy to discover the city from the apartment. I liked the tiles on the wall. 🙂 The owner was very helpful. ☺️

Since the bus stop is very close it was a bit noisy. We visited in January, though there was a small heater it was a bit cold for us. The towels could hardly get dry for the next day usage.

The bus was out of our house

The address was very difficult to find to the taxi driver. We had to spend additional money for the taxi due to this.

There were people shouting outside until late night.
