MY LX FLAT Baixa Alfama Apartments

Great location, close to everything. Nice living/dining room and well equipped kitchen. A bit noisy but overall charming neighborhood, with some options for breakfast and late night drinks right at the doorstep.

The second “bedroom” is more like a closet, without full-size bed, suitable for a kid but less so for a third adult. The instructions for collecting keys in the lockbox could have been better - we met the cleaning lady ileaving the apartment who helped us open the lockbox, saving the call to the hosts.

Beds... so so....

Great location for a first time in Lisbon

We had a terrible time on are arrival. The code to the building was not shared with us and we waited four and a half hours (90 minutes past the check in time) before we were given information on how to access the apartment. I'm not sure if this was the fault of the apartment management or booking.com - but it made for a truly terrible, worrisome arrival in Portugal and start of our holiday

READ BEFORE BOOKING!! This property is not a true 2 bedroom apartment. There is only one room that is a bedroom size with a proper bed. The 2nd so called room is so small and is really a study at best, no way can it accommodate 2 people and luggage. The so called beds in that room are no way comfortable to sleep on. They are some weird tiny chair pull out bed and have steel bars protruding which makes it impossible to sleep there, also the sofa fold out in the living room is the same. This really is only a 2 person sleep-able place because of the 2nd tiny room and terrible weird steel chair beds. I actually went to get a massage and chiropractor appointment after sleeping here for 2 nights (from a 5 night stay), I then actually booked another hotel and when I contacted the property owner to offer paying for 3 nights they didn’t care and charged the whole 5 nights… no consideration at all.

We love the location and the apartment is very clean and modern. The lift was very convenient because we travel with my parents and they have mobility problems. The apartment have everything you need if you want to cook, have international TV channels and wifi. We have a great experience, the only inconvenience was we didn’t received the code so after waiting in the building for a while, we find a cleaner that help us to contact the owner.
