Modern and an excellent apartment. In a good neighborhood, with a good connection to the Metro.

It was spacious, new and well maintained.

Very modern place, looks exactly like the pictures and is in a good location. Very clean and comfortable.

It took the staff a while to give us the key and staff were not answering our phone calls and texts. The building security didn’t speak English so there was a language barrier and after travelling for hours all we wanted to do was get in the apartment but couldn’t.

Location, beds, AC, overall was good

Communication with host very bad as no response when trying to contact them. Pillows very bad and no extra pillows given or towels. If you want to clean your self you can as no vacuum.

Space and facilities available were as described

Main shutter was broken so no light was entering the main sitting area (this was reported at the start of our stay and was told repair man will be there in the morning but no one arrived)

The apartment was new and rooms are big

First of all, the arrival was horrible!! we waited for over an hour and a half(!) for the host to arrive and open the building door after we were promised they will arrive soon. Then, the hosts ignored our multiple calls, over 20 calls and only answered when the building's guard called her and lied to us - said the representative is on the way (15 minutes way) and he can't answer because he is on a motorcycle but it took him more than 40 minutes and he came by car. Instead of letting us know when they will come we have to wait in the street with fear of scam for 100 minutes. Afterwards the electric shutters (blinds) in the apartment were broken and we were they reported it and would be fixed which we were suggested they will fix only in our last day after 4 days. Even during the stay the hosts were very unavailble and did not answer our messages. Overall, a very bad experience, would expect the hosts to apologize instead of lie and compensate us. The apartment had no basic equipment such as dish soap and velcro, hand soap, coffee machines without capsules, no clothes pegs for hanging clothes outside and etc.
