Thank god i just went there for check in and didn't stay there. It's a disaster.

Arrived at 22:00 (check-in until midnight) with a confirmed and payed booking, but was told there was no room and asked to cancel myself (Scam). The responsible refused to help and stopped responding, leaving me stranded late at night with my elderly mother in cold weather. Locals also mentioned this property has frequent issues and that police are often called there, which is very concerning. Additionally, based on what I have seen entering the property's main door, it was dirty, smelly and had a lot of insects. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY.

Its a scam. Person rang 1 hour before arrival to tell us our apartment had changed. Then rang on arrival to them tell us our apartment has changed a second time. Waited over an hour to get in to the apartment to be rang a third time and told yet again it had been changed. Finally got in to the apartment which was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, damp, stinking odour. I would not recommend anyone to book here. It was a load of hardship and also you will definitely come out of there sick or with a disease . We didn't stay we left and got a different accommodate. We asked for a refund which we were told to contact booking.com for a refund. Horrible and the worst place we have ever been in. No parking either

The property was swapped by the vendor due to a problem with the original apartment and the alternate did not meet my expectations in size or facilities from the description of the original. In addition the unit was sublet without the knowledge of the owner and he attempted to evict us on the first evening and threatened to call the police if we did not leave.

Where to start? I booked this flat for me and my grandad so he could use the bedroom and I would use the sofabed in the living room. On the day of our arrival, I got a message saying that this flat was no longer available despite us having already paid and that another place had been found for us. First of all the replacement had no parking nearby, which the flat we booked did. Second, we were not able to access this other flat until near midnight, so we had to wait in a local restaurant for over 3 hours after travelling all day. Then when we finally got in, it turns out that some poor soul had been kicked out of their flat for us to stay in - there was tubs of his food in the fridge, his photo on the wall, and his laptop and passport still there! There was only 1 bed and a tiny sofa, and I ended up sleeping on the kitchen floor on a thin fold out mattress instead. And the bathroom had windows into it from the bedroom! I have never been so horrified at a place I've booked to stay. The person agreed to send me a refund and never did either. Do not stay here!
