Host was polite on the phone.

This host and flat should be closed down. Based on all past reviews. Our experience, front door insecure, flat door even more insecure, lock was practically coming off the door. We felt unsafe all night, and didn't sleep at all well as a result. It was so unclean that we didn't want to touch anything. Well travelled with out being able to shower or touch the toilet when we got there. It was horrible. There was no toilet paper, toilet was dirty and didn't flush properly, bed linen had holes in it, mattress was sinking in places, possibly had fleas as I got bitten by something. Windows were broken, one had no handle, the other wouldn't close. There was flith in the plastic table cloth, in the fridge and on the floor. It was unpleasant to breath as it stank of old mustiness. Horrible all round. We told the host who had previously been pleasant on the phone, and heard nothing in response. Previous reviews report a similar situation. I would like to be compensated as this property shouldn't be listed as a place to stay. It was unsafe and disgustingly dirty. We had been driving for 12 hours and were desperate for a shower and a good nights sleep. This has impacted on us well into feeling tired and uncomfortable today.

It was in very poor condition. Windows couldn't be closed. They bathroom needs renovation. Out dated. And dirty.

I just like it the price compared to the others.

But need more facilities, we only have one roll of paper toilet, no soap and shampoo for the shower, the hot water was off, no bin bags on the bins… etc

Big room, soap, towels and bed sheets were provided

The place was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, there was no window, the dishes were also dirty

The room, shower and toilet was not clean. When we talked to the host about this, he promised to send over a cleaning lady but no one showed up and everything stayed dirty. Also the heating didn't work properly.
