Propre dans l'ensemble. Facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute. Supermarché Mercadona à 5 minutes à pied et pompe à essence low cost à 2 minutes en voiture. Pour le stationnement, il y a quelques places devant l'établissement mais elle sont rapidement prises la nuit. Sinon le parking du métro disposent de nombreuses places et est à 2 minutes à pied.

Le protège matelas du fauteuil-lit est fatigué. Les lits jumeaux glissent trop sur le sol. Au final ça fait quand même un peu loin de Valence (25-30 minutes)

The apartment is funky. The beds were comfortable.

The check-in did not go smoothly. The place was dirty. A toaster and coffee machine is supplied but there's no socket in the kitchen. Nowhere to hang a tea towel. The apartment is full of damp, and it smells awful. Some fittings in the bathroom were loose and no plug for the kitchen sink. For the price we paid this was a big disappointment.
