Las Ayalgas, apartamento en Llanes VUT-3935-AS

Estaba muy limpio, en el centro de Llanes y las camas muy cómodas. El señor que nos atendió al llegar, nos dio mucha información, y fue muy muy amable. La verdad es que Asturias no solo es magia por sus paisajes, también por su gente.

La ubicación

Es un segundo, pero como si fuera un tercero sin ascensor

La ubicación es buenísima, cerca de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. La playa está a menos de 5 minutos andando.

Las camas son bastante incómodas y suena mucho el ruido de la calle, sobretodo de los bares de alrededor.

La limpieza, su distribución perfecta para nuestro grupo de seis, el apartamento es muy cómodo, cocina completa, mesa amplia, dos baños , etc. La atención del personal a cargo del apartamento, respuestas muy rápidas a nuestras preguntas, recomendaciones estupendas.

El ruido de la calle por la noche: gente pasando o de fiesta, camiones limpieza y basura, campanas iglesia, las gaviotas en la basura…las ventanas aíslan bastante, pero si tocan días de calor y tienes que abrir ventanas, los ruidos son molestos. Las almohadas de matrimonio. Creemos mejor dos almohadas por persona, una gruesa y otra fina.

Location is on a picturesque square in the old quarter of the town, surrounded by restaurants. Short walk down to the river. Handsome old building with balconies. Interesting views down into the square and across roofs to the hills. Also glimpse of the river and its boats. Three bedroom flat had plenty of space for us (two persons) but good for six. Immaculately clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom with bath and shower with one of those large heads. Plenty of hot water. Amazing number of power points, good for a family of smart phones. Wifi worked. Spanish television. Comfortable beds. Double glazing and shutters in bedrooms. Our hostess guided us to the large free Sablon car park nearby, where we left the car for our 3 day stay. Car park is an easy walk away from the flat. There is a useful food shop with everything you need very close to flat. Also there are cafes for breakfast. The two beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance, closer than they appear on the map. We swam in October.

We liked everything. Points to note: Flat is on second floor, so ground, first and second. No lift but wide staircase so that was not a problem. We wondered whether there might be noise from the square below at night but there is double glazing and anyway that did not turn out to be a problem. A hot water kettle would be a useful addition to the kitchen for tea, although we used the Bialetti-style expresso on the hot plate for coffee. Living room does not have an outlook but that did not bother us after a day walking around the town and beaches.
