Asunnon sijainti erinomainen. Talo rauhallinen. Asunto on tilava ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy.

Asunnon siisteyteen voisi kiinnittää huomiota enemmän, esim. lattiat, pöytäpinnat. Kylpyhuoneen lattiapinnat vaatisivat vähitellen uusimista. Ylimääräistä pikkutavaraa voisi siivota pois kaapeista.
