Free parking spaces are available approximately 98 feet from the apartments on Raabego Street or 328 feet at Akademicka Street. The closer streets are in a paid parking zone from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. This property offers self-check-in only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
