Schlechtes Buchungsmanagement der Unterkunft. Nach Wegbeschreibung booking.com die Unterkunft angesteuert. Niemand vor Ort, obwohl ca. Ankunftzeit mitgeteilt. Personen vor Ort, wussten nichts über die Unterkunft. Wurde an deren Zweitort in Lucena verwiesen, da angeblich ähnliche/gleiche Adresse. Mit tuktuk dorthin. Vor Ort kannte man zumindest meinen Namen und hatte auch die Buchung. Allerdings wäre ich falsch, und müsse zurück zu Startpunkt A. Nach längerem telefonieren, wäre dort auch nun jemand, der Schlüsselübergabe macht. Die Rückfahrkosten zu zahlen habe ich abgelehnt, und musste durch Hotel an tuktuk Fahrer beglichen werden....deren Fehler. Die Unterkunft selbst ist eine kleine Ferienwohnung, 2-stöckig. Warmwasser, keines. Alles, was in Ferienwohnung sein muss, vorhanden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung weit von Lucena City weg, rd. 4,5 km. Einziger Vorteil Nähe Busbahnhof. Für 1 Nacht daher ok. Ja, die eine oder andere Kakerlake musste auch erschlagen werden.

We are on our way to Bicol and this apartment is along the diversion road. It’s in an inner road and the place is quiet (can’t hear the sound of trucks and motorcycle passing by). There is parking and the place is clean. The kitchen has plates, spoon and forks which can be use although we did not use those. My son left his pillow and the manager was very responsive of keeping it for us until we come back in a few days to pick it up. The ref is working ans the place has Wi-Fi and Netflix installed.

The blue water jug did not contain water so we have to go at buy some.

Location , car parking and privacy .

The heating kettle not working , requested for replacement but they did not bring .

I liked how accommodating they were of our requests and the house was ready when we reached the place.

I would have loved to have better towels, they were a bit rough but clean though.
