Property is in a great location. It was warm and cosy. Sally was an amazing hostess and made our stay very comfortable. She was very generous with the milk, bread, eggs etc that were left for us. She was also very knowledgeable on Ludlow, where to go and where to eat.

Shower was not brill but this is getting sorted.

A truly exceptional flat. Very well located close to the town centre and only a couple hundred metres from Tesco. It is also exceptionally well equipped: laundry rack, electric heater, any kitchen utensil or equipment you can possibly think of ... it's all there and in good shape. The host (Sally) was very friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday flat.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, except that parking the car was a little tricky as the access is quite narrow and not much space to turn the car around if other cars are there ... however, I found out that there is a spacious and very reasonably priced (13 pounds/week) parking facility in town, about 5 minutes walk from the flat, so it turned out to not really be a problem.

Location couldn’t be better Apartment has everything we needed Parking space out the back that is a bonus because it is very hard to find parking space in Ludlow Just a short walk up slight hill and you are in town

Convenient location for town centre. Extremely well-equipped; excellent wood burner and effective heating; generous welcome pack. Comfortable and spacious living room. Off-street parking. Both bedrooms are at the back, away from the road.

Double bedroom is quite small.

Sally was fab, added little extras like milk bread farm eggs, totally exceptional and explained every thing, we could not fault the apartment, had every thing and more you needed, the bed was comfy ,shower was hot, we had a fabulous stay and will be booking again when we come back to Ludlow in the future.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spotlessly clean and Sally had thought of everything from kitchen gadgets and appliances to extra toiletries if needed. Basic food supplies were a lovely touch and plenty of information about the area. Couldn’t fault it at all.

Wasn’t really anything I didn’t like except the access for parking which was very narrow if you have a larger car.

Sally, the host met us on arrival and was very accommodating when we arrived a little earlier than expected. She had thought of everything in the apartment to make our stay better, we especially loved the touches of the eggs, milk, bread, butter, biscuits and tea/coffee as well as the fresh fruit and flowers. The accommodation was comfortable and beautifully decorated. A real home from home in an excellent location for walking into Ludlow. Spotlessly clean too and all mod cons in the kitchen and bathroom. The decor in the living area was stunning and really fitting to the property. Sally also sent us plenty of recommendations for food, drink and walks prior to our stay and this was so useful. We absolutely loved our stay and had a good night's sleep both nights too. We wouldn't hesitate on recommending 138a Old Star and Garter and it is top of the list for our next visit which we hope to be next year's Food Festival. Ludlow is a lovely, historic town with so much to offer. We had a fabulous time. Thank you!
