Rooftops - bijou sister apartment to Assembly View - free parking permit provided

The apartment is in a great location, just around the corner from the castle and close to restaurants, cafes and shops. There was plenty of space in the sitting / dining area and comfortable seating. Plenty of sockets and USB charger. The wifi worked well and that's always a bonus. Being added to the parking permit was much appreciated. A good shower. A couple of evening it was quite cool and the infra red heating was very good. We appreciated Sheila explaining things to us and the information in the folders for appliances and days out. Ludlow is fabulous. A lovely town, very welcoming and lots to see and do in town and around it. Friendly locals and everyone helpful. There is plenty of choice for places to eat. The history and historic buildings make it a wonderful place for a holiday.

There was nothing we would complain about or flag up as poor. It was lovely. The only thing we'd comment on would be lack of a wardrobe - we managed without one as there were hooks and hangers etc (it's surprising how many items of clothing you can fit on the coathook in the bedroom but it would have been good to have one while staying the full week. We appreciate space constraints but there might be room for a small one beside the kitchen cupboards where the armchair is, even a folding wardrobe or rail may be possible. However, we would not be put off staying here again by the lack of wardrobe as there are so many positives about the venue!

Excellent location in centre of town, with parking close by. Well-appointed in terms of facilities and quality of interior in all respects and provision of continental breakfast , milk etc Great communication with owner.

Perfect apartment for two - exceptionally clean, well equipped and lots of thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable. Sheila is kind, thoughtful and incredibly helpful and really made us feel cared for.

Super location. Good parking facility, organised by Sheila. Excellent bed. Good service and contact with our host Sheila. If we needed anything, we could contact her. Beautiful historic village.
