Le fait que la chambre à coucher ne peut pas être suffisamment assombrie pour dormir. Trop éclairé la nuit… c est presque comme en plein jour

"Alles bestens mit kleinen Abstrichen"

Sehr zentrale Lage, mitten im Altstadtzentrum. Sauber und geräumig und ideal für vier Personen!

Die Schiebetür zu den Schlafzimmern sollten repariert werden. War nicht möglich, diese zuschließen. Badezimmer konnte nicht abgesperrt werden.

"Fantastic apartment."

It was a large, clean, extremely quiet apartment, in the heart of Lugano. Parking at the nearby car park was very well priced, and easy to get to.

O apartamento superior no segundo andar é muito bom, realmente condiz com as fotos do anúncio. Amplo e muito arejado.

Na primeira noite , nos colocaram num apartamento chamado "ático" . O elevador nem chegava , tivemos que subir com todas malas pela escada por um andar, com meu filho de 3 anos e minha esposa grávida. Estava completamente sujo , pequeno , abafado. O meu cobertor estava sujo, embaixo do sofá cama , havia muito pó, falta de limpeza. Além disso para completar o chuveiro estava quebrado, só havia água fria . Não mostram as fotos desse "apartamento " . Entretanto após reclamar , nos mudaram e finalmente tivemos uma experiência boa para os dois últimos dias da estadia.
