Galaxy Apartments Lucerne

Der Eingangsbereich war Müll vollgepackt. Der damit verbundene Geruch war grässlich.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Lucerne! The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The manager also kindly allowed us to store our bags before check-in, which was incredibly helpful. We arrived by train in the morning with a lot of luggage, and this saved us from having to walk around Lucerne all day carrying everything. We really appreciated the gesture and had a great stay.

The staff is friendly. It is very close to downtown Luzern, easy to walk to and next to grocery stores to get supplies.

The pictures are misleading on the what you are getting. The entrance to the apartments is next to the garbage, so it smells bad every time you go in our out. The kitchen pans are old and very few utensils to try to cook breakfast. The door frames need painting. One of the beds that had drawers on the frame had one broken. Towels are old. Place needs maintenance.

Location! Close to town centre. Manage was friendly and helpful.

I don't think photos on site matched actual rooms well. Room was OK, very few power points, and multiple appliances connected to a untidy power board on the floor. The room was tired- towel rail fell off the wall, toilet seat loose, portable fan was filthy, bed squeaked! Lots of little things. Price was crazy expensive for what we got, but that is Lucerne prices unfortunately. Had to update manager of arrival time so they could meet us to hand over keys.

• Dirty floors, the bottom of our feet were black after walking around barefoot in the apartment • Lack of powerpoint’s - beside tables & lights had no power source • Photos of the property poorly represented the space

Location

Poor ventilation, very poor wifi - virtually unusable. Cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Fridge fell off the block of wood it that was holding it up when the door was opened.

O fato de poder preparar as refeições no local, cozinha completa. Localização.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, sacada suja, cama e sofá pouco confortável. Sofá com queimadura de cigarro. A entrada do prédio com falta de ciudado, com móveis para doar que não foram retirados em toda nossa estadia.
