Actually, the place is really nice. There is pool, and a gym. Pizza place across the road. And massage salon right next to it. On the other end a laundry. The only two annoying things were, you could hear everything that is going on in a hall(no soundproof at all). And the second annoying thing were the guard shack security. Every time i came back on taxi they start interrogation, like I some sort of intruder. That shit feels humiliating, and it was every time i came on taxi. And if you just walk out, on foot, no one even ask a question. WTF???

No soundproof doors, you can hear everything what is going on in a hall, like it is next to you. Second annoying thing thing if you entering the premises on taxi, guards start some sort of interrogation, and it was sometimes humiliating. It seemed like a beggar trying to enter the palace, but guards were in the way.

Great bed easy access to the airport. Night desk person and gated community.

Location near airport. Very peaceful place. Very private

No washing machine

Conveniently close to the airport. The water cooler in the kitchen was nice to have.

The roosters next door made sure no one would ever sleep in.
