The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent, with strong water pressure and hot water. Linen and towels were fresh, making the room generally comfortable for a short stay.

This visit was very disappointing compared to my previous stay. Cutlery was dirty with dried ketchup, and the tables and drawers had stains, dirt, and hardened grease, suggesting long-term neglect. The bathroom floor was partially flooded from leaking pipes, and the kitchen sink and tap were constantly dripping. The balcony door didn’t close properly, offering no insulation. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. Please don’t blame the cleaning crew. This unit needs a proper deep cleaning and proper maintenance for structural repairs. The fact that it was rented for a long stay before does not excuse it. Even more reason to properly clean before renting it out again.

Lontano dalla zona con bar e ristoranti , alloggio indi cato per chi dispone di un mezzo proprio. Non si puó dire vista mare per una camera al 6 piano, sorattutto tetti delle case vicine

Le système d’ouverture de la porte était défectueux. Je n’ai jamais pu y rentrer. Je suis arrive de nuit après un voyage de 37h non-stop. J’étais donc tres fatigué. Je suis donc reparti sans dormir : très difficile. Le proprietaire dormait vraisemblablement et n’a pas répondu à mes appels ni à mes messages de désespoir. Il savait que j’arrivais de nuit. Il devait donc checker sa porte qui à déjà été forcée précédemment. Cela fait donc un certain temps que son système d’ouverture par code est défectueux. Je n’irai plus chez lui ni dans ce bloc d’appartements dans un building de 17 étages. Dangereux après un tremblement de terre !

Excellent communication and quick instructions. Smooth travel and near the airport. Great view from 16 floor on the bay. Perfect air conditioning. Clean place. All you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice design. Shower was good, hot water, even if water pressure was low. But this is normal. Thanks to Jake and the team! Will stay again on my way via Cebu.
