Iriarte en Madrid

Spacious accommodation, nice location and easy to access supermarkets and restaurants! Happy to have the ground level suite which was easy for my parents. All the kitchen staff and furnitures were available. Airco worked very well!

Arrived very late (2am) to Madrid and to open the door and get inside the suite was kinda hard! The app didn’t work well and had to call the emergency number. He helped us to get into the house but it took abt 20 min behind the door. There is no toiletries like shampoo available so make sure you have them. Also the drain in the shower is not the best.

Nice decoration and there are two bathrooms in the 2 bed flat

There isn’t any lift in the building.

location (close to metro stops Cartejena (4min) and Avenue of the Americas (6min) also Goya (10ish min)… liked that my phone worked the door key. plenty of beds and towels, full kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washing machine.

our flight left at 4, check out was at 11… at a hotel, you could leave things with concierge during the interim. when asked, I was offered space to leave our things that was 30 min away by public transport or 50 minute walk… this is too far to be convenient.

It was a great place to stay. More soap all around was need it even for the laundry

The entry system is not ideal ot doesn't always work I had people asking to open the front door because they either didn't have internet ot it wasn't working that's it if you guys can improve in this one thing your golden.

It was a great place for 6 people.

Heater not work utiliza 8 horas later brcause nobody close to repair Scrubber are broten and again 10 hour to fixed No enouf towel for 5 People by 4 days ,just 4 And after i pay by Credit card, they sendus need to give a deposit to 200 more and refundido til 7 das before we llave rooms If we now that notice no acepting taked room No notice to rooms are on 4rt flor and no elevetor because me have problems on my knees

The bed was very good, the MIT HOUSE application very useful instead of the normal keys. The TV and the decorations were very nice. Very modern.

There weren’t the basic things like oil, paper, salt…(we left the ones that we bought). It wasn’t so good for 6 people (just 1 bathroom). The location was good but a bit far from the centre. There has been a problem with the toilet flush but it was immediately repaired (they sent us a technician).
