1. Communication from host 2. Clean and beautiful property. You feel home the moment you stepped in 3. Excellent location

Mattresses. Oh my days, We were totally disappointed with the mattress. All of them were bad and they immediately need to get rid of those. It is such a shame that such a wonderful property has even have those Dishwasher wasn't working either

"Great location and enough space for a big group.."

The location was great, a lot of restaurant options, 40 min walking distance to Sol. It was quiet. As we were a big group, it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The staff were easily reachable at any time and very friendly.

The cleanliness can improve. It was dusty and there was mold on the corners of the shower. The pictures in the apartment were also a bit creepy. It would also good to have more than 2 keys for 9 people.

Great size for 8 -10 people. Comfortable beds . Great location (quiet but approachable to downtown / central Madrid) Clean and well kept . Lovely and accommodating hosts .

AC had small ducts so not super efficient cooling but manageable , it didn’t bother us much. Hosts were very accommodating and mentioned they can provide fans of needed .
