La ubicación es excelente a solo 5 minutos andando de la puerta del sol o 20 del retiro.

La puerta de entrada al edificio (portal) es confusa y a veces cuesta abrirla, deberían mirar eso con más atención o reformar la puerta.

No hay ascensor. El mobiliario se podría renovar. Cama pequeña. Baño muy pequeño. La nevera en vez de enfriar congelaba todo

La ubicación es buena

Cocina y baño extremadamente pequeños. El tamaño de la cocina la hace inviable para cocinar. Incluso cortan en 4 trozos un simple bayeta. La ubicación es buena, pero había vagabundos durmiendo dentro de la escalera.
