Great location and a nice apartment

For me the bed wasn't soft enough and I'd really like more than one small pillow

no trash bin in the bathroom and no place to put soap and shampoo in the the shower.

The shower door doesn’t close. Noisy street.

The location of the property was near many bars and restaurants without much street noise.

The property had not been cleared properly. The sheets and towels were stained. There was dirt on the floor - we swept and there was a large pile of dirt. There were ants all over the floor. The worst part is that the air conditioner was not functioning during a heat wave. We had to leave to a hotel after the first night because the apartment was so hot (and dirty). We were told our money for the rest of the stay would be reimbursed and it still had not been returned over a week later. I write to the management company almost daily and they do not respond. DO NOT book with this company!

Original apartment was changed one day before arrival, the host send me first to a wrong apartment, and them we had to walk for 15 minutes to another apartment... terrible

I did not like to be communicated in a short term, to be sent to a wrong property and to stay in an alternative property that has nothing to do with the original booking

> The apartment is very loud at night with both street noise and noise from the rest of the building. You hear everyone coming in and out of the building and coming up and down the stairs. It was very hard to get a good sleep because of all the noise. > The is almost no natural light as this is an basement apartment. > The bathroom and shower were not very clean. > We had issues with the aircon unit which was extremely loud and then stopped working all together > missing some basic things like dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. > We could not get the TV to work.
