"Prima uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen Madrid maar maak toegang aub makkelijker"

Klein appartement maar prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Madrid verkennen. Kleine woonkamer met grote tv en een keukenblokje met koelkast. Badkamer (douche + toilet). Twee kleine slaapkamers met wat korte bedden. Het is een gehorig gebouw maar buitengeluiden worden goed buitengesoten door rolluiken

De toegang tot het gebouw en het appartement is wat bijzonder en in t begin ingewikkeld. Er is een superkleine lift: vooral voor koffers oid.

Todo en excelentes condiciones, cocina con todo los implementos, las camas cómodas e impecables. Sin duda al alguna repetiremos con ustedes

Mi única observación es al momento de abrir la puerta tenía que colocar el PIN varias veces , porque no abría al momento 😅

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il nostro breve soggiorno, soprattutto l'aria condizionata visto le temperature roventi di questi giorni. Zona ben servita e Posizione davvero ottima per visitare la città in quanto a pochi passi si trovano sia stazione metro che autobus. Nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo al check- in, l'host ci ha permesso di accomodarci prima e per qualsiasi info il numero di telefono era sempre attivo. Torneremo sicuramente.

"Way way over priced for a basic appt"

The location was great to access central Madrid & the Mutua Tennis tournament

There was very little daylight in the appt and inside it was very cold & musty. Despite the outside temp of over 23 degrees, the temp inside was never greater than 19. We were wearing sweaters inside!

Apartment is very well located near metro station, so in 15 minutes, you are in any part of the town. Disadvantage of apartment is that is not comfortable for 4 persons when it comes to bed. There is 4 beds, but Big bed in one room, there cannot fit 2 normal persons, its to small for 2. Also the bed in living room, cannot be extended and it is not comfortable for sleeping during a night. It is perfect accommodation for 2 or 3 persons.
