The quiet area is good for sleep. Windows is properly covered with blinds so the outside lamp's lights do not go through.

If somebody has thicker fingers it is hard to properly grab the handle at code box and open the box. Next time I would come with tweezers.

I liked the facilities and Shelton was very helpful and courteous.

The location was good, toilet was very spacious, good facilities for cooking and sitting in the living room.

Very poor noise isolation, you could hear everything from neighbours above your room, in my case it was a family with a baby living upstairs and I couldn't sleep at all one of the nights due to the endless noise from upstairs all night long, there's no kettle to prepare coffee or tea. The toilet was quite smelly also, it seems to be the drains.
