Noisey neighbours, unfortunately. A kettle would be a welcomed addition to otherwise a well equipped kitchen.

Very cozy interior. The beds were comfortable. Good location. Well equipped kitchen. The staff was very polite and responding fast.

It's on first level and it was very humid and with mold. Even opening windows did not help, and after all I cannot keep them open all the time in winter. Unfortunately, I have asthma, so I felt extremely bad and actually left one day earlier than I paid to move to different one. I wish I knew earlier about this. Maybe the conditions are different in the summer, but I have feeling that since this is on ground floor, water goes through the walls and it will always be like this.

Second stay at this really delightful apartment which is stylishly furnished, comfortable and very well equipped. Location is great (busy, vibrant area, with all amenities, situated 30 seconds walk from Legazpi metro, which is on two lines, so the whole city is easily accessible). Although the area is bustling the apartment itself is a haven of peace and tranquility and looks onto a quiet square. Javier the owner is very responsive and keen to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.
