Enorme y acogedor piso en la puerta del sol

Emplacement parfait. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Très propre

On nous a bien transmis les codes pour entrer dans l'appartement mais nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans l'immeuble puisque la porte s'ouvre avec une clé qui était déposée dans l'entrée de l'appartement. Il nous a fallu contacter Booking pour qu'il fasse intervenir une personne et ouvrir la porte. Une boîte à clé à l'extérieur de l'immeuble aurait été plus judicieux et facile.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre touristique. Équipements au top. Sandra a nos petits soins et très agréable

Location. Very near Sol metro station. Beds were comfortable. We were able to check in early

Entry system over complicated but got used to it. Front twin bedroom suffered from a lot of noise. This room also had a bathroom that was just a shower over the bath. The shower head was hopeless because its positioning flooded the bathroom. If someone else had a shower at same time, it ran cold. Towels were ok but not very big. Bathrooms were very dated. Only one room had air con. Furniture dated. Not enough toilet roll for all bathrooms. Lampshade in back bedroom torn Overall, a bit dingy

The property is in a fantastic location, right in the center of Madrid, with everything just a short walk away. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, and overall a great place to stay.

However, during our stay we did find cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom, even on personal items like my toothbrush and contact lenses. I understand this is a common issue in Madrid and not entirely the host’s fault, but it would have been a nice gesture to receive some form of courtesy after losing these items. Despite this, the apartment itself is wonderful and the location is hard to beat. With better pest control, this place would be close to perfect

Large apartment in a very central location. Walking distance to lots of places. All necessary amenities are included (wifi, air conditions, towels and toiletries, etc). Clear check-in and check-out instructions and the host is very responsive.

Great flat with three bedroom and three bathrooms. Spacious, good looking and functional. Very close to Sol. No problem to stay three colleagues together
