M17 Madrid Centro apartamento con wifi

the hosts were suoer helpful. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It was close to restaurants, 24/7 carrefour market and public transportation. I will definitely book again once I am in Madrid!

The place is really well located. 3mim but the metro line 1. Which is by 15min to the center. For the price it’s pretty good with the amenities. Also there’s a cat in the complex a sweet add on. The hosts are really nice as well.

You near by the garbage disposal and the truck pass by everyday at like midnight. So it really noisy, like every night. So if you have a light sleep be aware. Also the place have small wall so you do hear the neighbours.

The value for money was really great, because you get a 2 room apartment near the city center with a kitchen and everything. There was a 24h grocery shop near (next to the closest metro station), so you can get the essentials even at night after a long day of sightseeing. The hosts were nice!

Pretty much everything was good, but the main bed was quite uncomfortable.

The host is quite nice allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment quite early before we checked in and leave the luggage there after we check out.

It will be great that they can provide more quilt and pillow cover.

Very good help and very clean

All was clean and organized, the place is really close to the metro 5 minutes walk so it's really comfortable to get to the center. Jorge the owner of the house is really nice and easy to talk to, he answered us quick and was really helpful, the price is suitable to the apartment, I really recommend this place!

The location was decent; there aren't many restaurants or bars nearby, but the metro makes it easy to connect with Madrid. The apartment is a bit old and could use some upgrades, but it has everything you need for cooking, etc

This apartment, with a sofa bed and one bedroom, seemed perfect for my dad and me as we prefer separate beds when traveling to Spain. However, upon arrival, there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. I reached out to the person who gave me the keys, and she explained that because we paid for two people, no extra blankets were provided. I clarified that we were indeed just two people and needed an extra blanket due to being a father and daughter. She insisted that we paid for two people, so we should use only one bed (which seemed strange). In the end, she became a bit rude and mentioned that the owner would address the issue, but it never happened. As a result, my dad had to sleep without sheets, making it a terrible experience. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Having an extra blanket in the closet shouldn't be an issue for the owner; it's just part of good customer service. I've never been treated so poorly at a rental property. The owner only texted me on the last day, thanking me for my stay, as if nothing had ever happened. They never contacted us to provide the extra sheets. I was shocked. I have the messages with all this saved on my phone, and I will probably make a formal complaint
