We had unpleasant communication with the host before our arrival. The owner of the property was very insistent that we cancel the reservation because he does not book for one night (there was no such information in the ad). He sent me substitute accommodations that were much more expensive or beds in rooms of a dozen people, which was completely not what we were looking for. Ultimately, he threatened that we could be left without accommodation on arrival Fortunately, here booking responded nicely and solved the problem. Finally our reservation was accepted and later the object contacted the day before arrival to provide directions, the contact was already friendly. Another problem occurred when picking up the keys. We had a check-in at 3:00 p.m. Around 3:15 p.m. someone finally showed up, but it was not the person who had contacted us. The lady who came did not speak English at all, fortunately we managed with Spanish. The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photos. In fact, with three people and luggage, it is impossible to move around the room. There are not many shelves or closets, the walls are made of cardboard because you can hear everything from the corridor and the apartments next door. Cleanliness, unfortunately, was also not the best, the walls and doors are dirty. The apartment definitely needs a complete refresh. The area of the object is very pleasant, close to the subway and shopping mall.
