Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Please note that only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind that this house is not a tourist apartment. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking.com reservation.

"Strongly not recommended!"

1. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed a continuous sound of impact coming from the upstairs neighbor. We promptly raised our concerns to the staff, hoping for assistance and open communication. However, the staff member responded by stating that it was beyond their control and they couldn't provide any help. 2. The lighting in the master bedroom was noticeably flickering, which led us to avoid spending much time in that area. After a few days of our stay, when we lifted the pillows to use our laptop on the bed, we were shocked to discover evident bloodstains underneath. We immediately reported this matter to the staff and explicitly requested a replacement of the bed sheets. However, the staff member sent us a photo of the bed with two pillows covered, insisting that their sheets were clean. They declined to offer any assistance and clearly stated that we were responsible for resolving the issue with the bed sheets. 3. The bathroom tiles in the master bedroom were visibly cracked, with peeling and patchy paint. This indicated that the pictures provided by the staff deliberately concealed the truth, revealing a lack of proper maintenance and repairs in the house. Throughout our stay, the disrespectful attitude of the staff members and their irresponsible handling of the situation have been the most unpleasant aspects of our Madrid journey. My family came to Madrid for a conference and presentations at IFEMA Madrid. We have never encountered such a disappointing experience during any of our trips. During our stay here, the staff were only willing and able to provide online responses, without any substantial assistance or support! I am confident that you can find much better accommodation options in Madrid than this!
