Appartement cosy, très bon emplacement. Bien équipé, parfait pour les familles, même nombreuse. Gestionnaire disponible et à l'écoute. Quartier populaire mais calme, avec très beau marché à proximité (50m).

Juste les matelas qui nous ont causé quelques douleurs de dos, et les oreillers trop fins.

Good location, near metro station, view on Rayo Vallecano stadium. Two bathrooms is also a big plus.

One downside was that we were only informed after the reservation that the deposit could be charged up to 7 days after checkout if any issues were found. This was not clearly communicated before booking and creates unnecessary uncertainty for guests

L'appartement situé au 5eme etage avec terrasse et ascenseur, station de metro portazgo et bus en bas de la residence. Bon debit internet. Jus, eau, et capsules café de bienvenue.Supermarchés à 5 min à pied. Personnel disponible sur whatsApp.

La climatisation n'est pas oprimale pour chauffer l'appartement. Le radiateur (seche serviette) dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, donc il y faisait trés froid pour la douche. Il manquait le bouilloire.

Die Anbindung war hervorragend! Nur etwa 20 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt lag eine Bahnstation, die einen in rund 15 Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum brachte. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gab es zudem zahlreiche (kleine) Supermärkte und Essmöglichkeiten, sodass man sich auch spät abends noch problemlos versorgen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch, dass ich direkt über WhatsApp kontaktiert wurde. Das erleichterte die Kommunikation erheblich, da ich nicht gezwungen war, ausschließlich über Booking zu schreiben, und Nachrichten deutlich schneller lesen konnte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war alles in allem unschlagbar!

Am ersten Tag gab es einige Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten hinsichtlich des Türcodes und des Babybetts. Beide Probleme wurden jedoch zügig gelöst.
