sin vistas y la ventana no se podía abrir por el ruido alrededor ya que habían bares el primer día no funcionó la wifi

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de transporte publico y con parking (de pago) bajo el apartamento. Linea bus 001 para ir al centro gratuita.

Instalaciones descuidadas, marco de la puerta roto, desperfectos en zona de la ducha, encimera, toallas viejas que ya no son blancas y ásperas. Mucho ruido por las noches con la fiesta universitaria

la ubicación y los servicios cercanos, estación de metro a 50 metros, ubicación segura, supermercado en el mismo edificio, buena calefacción, buena aislación acústica

calentador de agua apagado al inicio, encargada lo soluciono apenas le avisamos
