Espacioso Loft en Ponzano-Chamberí– Madrid

Great location, spacious & what you see is what you get.

Noise all over the place, whether workers outside or people running down the stairs.

Only the location is good. Near to metro station.

There is a lot of humidity. You can smell it as soon as you enter. There is no natural light. The door key lock is a nightmare. It is supposed that it is automatic, but we had to try many times to open it following the instructions. Then we got the keys, but it was really hard to make them work. There is no cable or signal in the TV. There is not a second room, just a mattress in a small space on top of the main bed, but fortunately we didn’t use it. We never saw the staff. Everything is done through WhatsApp

The instructions were easy to follow to get into the apartment on arrival. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. There is a lovely little courtyard to sit in. The air-conditioning works very well and the kitchen is well equipped,including a coffee capsule machine. There is a metro station at the end of the street.

The loft area is very low and the mattress is on the floor. It was not very comfortable for my 15 year old son.

The flat is fully equipped and spacious. It has a small inner yard. The location is near a several metro stations and UPM and Museum of Geology of Madrid.

It is at the street level and don't have much natural light. That is also the reason for high humidity.
