La ubicación es excepcional en pleno centro de Madrid a 100 mts de la Puerta del Sol. Como viajamos en grupo de 10 personas (6 adultos y 4 niños), eran 2 apartamento unidos interiormente por lo que teníamos en total 4 habitaciones, 3 baños y 2 cocinas (una en pasillo, pequeña pero con todo lo básico). Todas las habitaciones tenían también aire acondicionado, algo importante en pleno verano. Gran calidad de atención tanto de Miguel como de Andrés que siempre estuvieron a disposición y permitieron que dejemos las maletas en el apartamento varias horas luego del check-out. Recomendado para familias y grupos grandes.

Si bien el estado general es bueno, tiene muchos detalles de desgaste y falta de mantenimiento/recambio. Un TV de habitación tenía la pantalla partida y no se podía usar, y al otro del comedor le faltaba el adaptador FireTV para usarlo como smart on-demand. Sillas desgastadas y flojas. Al estar en un segundo piso y sin ascensor, es incómodo para subir y bajar el equipaje, y para personas como movilidad reducida. Tener esto en cuenta.
