Di tutto quanto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Soggiorno molto accogliente, pulito, con ogni elettrodomestico e confort. Zona molto tranquilla!Posizione ottima, a 15 minuti dall' aeroporto e 20 minuti dalla Gran Via di Madrid!

Ubicación, entorno jonito

El edificio estaba sin ascensor al piso que arrende. Éramos tres personas íbamos en tour y llevamos maletas, no fue agradable subir maletas por la escalera

The apartment is clean, the furniture is modern and functional, and so is the bathroom. The surroundings of the building where the apartment is located are nice. The metro station is nearby.

There should be an easier way for guests to enter the apartment. Installing the app to open the door for entry is not simple. The amount of € 40, listed as a cleaning fee, is just a way to increase the accommodation price, which is completely unnecessary. It is not possible to exit the elevator on the seventh floor; you can exit on the fifth floor and walk up the stairs to the seventh floor where the apartment is located.
