We were not able to stay unfortunately as we got a notification the day before to say that the apartment had been flooded. We had to quickly find an alternative .

No alternative booking was provided by Booking.com, we had to scramble to find something ourselves which was not easy when it was so last minute

location close to metro stations. noisy place but window overlooking interior courtyard, the apartment remains quiet. the possibility of late arrival.

mold on the roof and wall of the bedroom and bathroom. very unpleasant. bathroom located in the bedroom and too small. sofa bed is not at all suitable for two people not even for two teenagers. apartment is not for 4 people unless the children are young. in the kitchen, microwave and hotplate do not work. the fact that there is no one to receive the tenants for reasons of late arrival, is not an excuse for not checking the condition of the apartment and its equipment. as for how to open the door on arrival, this assumes that you have access to the internet to open via email, but this is not the case for tourists especially non-Europeans. at least mention it well beforehand.

Everything was clean and organized with all you needed to stay some days. Very close to very animated sites and you don't hear any noises when you want to rest and sleep.

There Is a leak that wets a lot outside the shower. We were 4 and it was very uncomfortable for the 2 last people who used the bathroom.

Great location. Accessible to all interesting locations on foot for those who like and can walk. The metro is also very close as are grocery stores. It is extremely quiet in the apartment, even though it is located in a lively neighborhood. It really has everything you need. A welcome gift for those who love was, a bottle of red wine. The apartment really has everything that was stated in the ad.

The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and a bit dirty. In addition, the mattress topper in the bedroom was covered with dirty stains that we only saw on the last day when we took off the sheets to wash. The bathroom is cute, but it has a small problem with the water leaking from the cabin during the shower, so be prepared for a little pool of water after you get out. The owner of the apartment was extremely quick to respond and help with the entry (and we thank him for that), so we were surprised that during our entire stay of nine days he did not call again or ask if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. An additional suggestion would be to leave small tourist maps of the city plan in the apartment for easier navigation. Not everything is feasible with the mobile view of google maps. We do not consider this a bad review, but only a suggestion to improve the service, because we were really satisfied with the apartment.
