L’appartement est très fonctionnel et sa situation proche des bus et métro permette de se déplacer avec une grande facilité.

L’odeur très forte des égouts de la salle de bain et son meuble vétuste.

Que les escribí por el tema de la fianza y me dijeron que lo tenia que hacer cuando llegaba y después me dijeron otra cosa pero Guillermo nos atendió muy bien y nos ayudo

The apartment is relatively calm (except that you can hear the neighbours in the second apartment). The kitchen is relatively well equipped for a couple. It was clean. After solving the app puzzle to open the 3 doors we found a set of keys which made the rest of the stay much easier. Relatively central with good metro and bus connections.

The bed was very soft. Very much likely the mattress is simply worn out. The bed is a murphy bed which is extremely high and close to the kitchen counter, making it a bit difficult to enter it. The bad smell in the bathroom could have been easily avoided by the simple installation of a siphon tube beneath the sink. But this was avoided due to not willing to install a drawer with a siphon cut out. Avoiding such a high 50 Euro invest and molesting visitors with the bad smell over years now does not fit to the prize for this 15 m² apartement.

Súper bien ubicado, cómodo y todo muy funcional.

El funcionamiento de la aplicación de la apertura de las puertas NO funcionó siempre y se tuvo que usar las llaves.

Esta todo muy bien las instalaciones cómodas

No me gustó como gestión he tenido problema con la electricidad me quede sin energía sobre las 22 de la noche no fueron capaces de solucionar he tenido que salir sin energía salí muy desgustado encima que hacía un calor sin aire no si puede dormí allí muy mal en gestión llama las personas que contestan parece que están perdidas no soluciona nada.
