The apartment is in the center of Madrid, but is quiet. Everything is in a walking distance. Nuria, our host was very nice and helpful. I recommend!

Some of the kitchen utensils are a little old, but is not a big problem.

"Loved location!"

The location was great. Host was nice and responsive.

We had some issues with noisy neighbours. It would be nice to have an additional comfortable chair. A little tight for three people on the sofa.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk from Gran Via, which means it's close to virtually all of Madrid's tourist attractions. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Close to several metros. Shops nearby. Nuria is a very pleasant hostess. Warm and attentive. I recommend 😊🤩

I would like to spend a few seconds because I would simply like to say how good we were in this location. Clean, comfortable, walking distance to everything. Personally, I'm already suggesting Cosy Apartment Malasaña to some friends. Nuria, the owner is a very kind person who stood in touch with us , during our vacancy with dedication and presence for anything we wanted. A whatsapp message was enough and she was there to help...!! thank you very much lovely place
