Location was great and the facility was superb! Would highly recommend!

It’s an amazing apartment conveniently located just a block away from Gran Vía. Great when traveling with up to 8 people since there are beds for all and 3 full bathrooms. Also, the terrace is a great bonus.

Location was superb and not as crowded as Gran Via but equally as accessible and central to the city. Taxis can come pick us up and drop us off without problem. Rooms were adequate and comfy. There were 3 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. Quiet building and generally clean. Hosts were friendly and the key pick-up process was straightforward.

There were 2 keys for 9 people, which was inconvenient. The lift is very small and for 9 people plus luggage, it will take multiple trips. Lift is also very slow and kind of old.

Excellent location! Great staff that helped us to have a perfect stay. The terrace is an amazing space and the view is superb.

Above my expectation. Apartment were very clean, beautiful, fully equipped and we love the most was the rooftop.

We had an awesome time at David's apartment! The apartment was really neat and in a cool location. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms, even cleaning things. There were excellent new AC units in each room. The owner was really easy to chat with (he replied super fast!), and the rooftop was amazing! There were plenty of spots to sit and chill, especially with friends or family. We enjoyed the wine and drinks they left for us. We're excited to return to this fantastic apartment when we visit Madrid again!

Installing a separate AC in the small room (with the bank bed) would be a good idea. There's one in the adjoined living room right now, and it takes a while to cool the small room. It's inconvenient because we must keep turning it on to keep the small room cool. The elevator is small, but we didn't have any issues since we went up in small groups each time.

- The large roof terrace with the barbeque. - Three bathrooms/WCs. - Clean accommodation with many facilities. - Contact with the owners was great. They respond quickly to questions before and during our stay.
