La ubicación y el precio

Reservé el apartamento según la información que me ponía booking , 1 cama doble, 1 cama individual y un sofá cama, para 3 de los trabajadores de mi empresa. Al llegar, se dieron cuenta de que no existía tal sofá cama. Me recompensaron económicamente, pero tuvimos que comprar un colchón hinchable para que pudieran descansar los 3 durante su estancia en Madrid. El anfitrión, echó toda la culpa a booking y no fue capaz de llevarle un colchón para mejorar la estancia.

Además, de la ubicación, fueron muy eficaces a la hora de resolver un problema de funcionamiento de un calefactor del inmueble.

Hubo un incidente y se fue la luz de la zona, no pudimos dejar las maletas en la consigna que estaba en esa misma calle y tuvimos que desplazarnos. Llamamos a la persona que gestionaba el inmueble solicitándole la posibilidad de dejar las maletas en el apartamento que teníamos asignado y que estaban limpiando, y no nos dio opción, según comentaba era ilegal. Dado que viajaba con una persona mayor, lo cual comenté, creo que es necesario valorar las situaciones excepcionales, e intentar buscar soluciones. El piso ya estaba pagado, con la documentación necesaria aportada y la petición era simplemente dejar las maletas, mientras el personal de limpieza terminaba de acondicionarlo.
