Central to everything we wanted. Interesting neighbourhood and our landlord easy to work with.

Central location, very clean. Perfect for a few days city break. Host Felipe great at replying and sharing useful information.

The shower is a bit small and you can hear a bit of noise from the neighbours.

Cosy, snug, traditional Madrid style apartment which was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Excellent location between Lavapies and La Latina in the heart of a really characterful buzzing part of the city with shops, restaurants, bars and very close to the famous huge Rastro flea market thronged with hundreds of people on Sundays (yet the apartment itself was a haven of peace and tranquility). My flight was not until late afternoon and Felipe kindly allowed me to stay well beyond check out time. Great value place either for a single traveller or couple. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Location is very central. Apartment is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pillows, gonna buy the same once for my house. The host is super nice and responds quickly.

Everything was comfortable, perfect & cleaned. You can find whatever you need in this cute small apartment. We enjoyed a lot our stay there.

A small, beautiful and colourful apartment close to the metro, shops and restaurants. It has everything you need. It is not too far from the city centre. The host was there to welcome you and explain everything.

Very hood

This was the perfect apartment for my two week stay. I thought that the price was very reasonable given the centrality of the location and the fact that you have the whole apartment to yourself. Although the place is small, it is very well designed so that each area feels separate without being cramped. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was good, and all the amenities you would want are right there including a washing-machine/washing line, large fridge and freezer, stove, microwave etc. My favourite thing was how well-stocked the apartment was with things like toilet paper, laundry detergent, even simple things like salt and spices. All this made it so much easier to feel at home and not waste lots of money buying things I would only use a fraction of. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Asunción was very kind to provide two sets of towels and sheets to make sure that I could stay fresh in the heat. I would definitely stay again!
