Estaba en una zona espectacular!! Muy recomendado!

La limpieza, la situación y la decoración y la amplitud.

Que te cobren 18€ en concepto de fianza y no te los devuelvan a pesar de dejarlo todo impoluto. Es una cláusula abusiva y como tal será denunciada ante consumo.

I enjoyed the location, and the fact that there was no noise from the street. The bed was very comfortable

It was quite dark in the apartment, the place was basic, utensils in the kitchen scarce. The sofa bed needs replacement, it was stained and worn out. The heater/airco makes a lot of noise. It was freezing the first day and there was no blanket in the apartment. I asked for one but got a huge duvet a few days later when the room wasn't.t as cold anymore.

Location is indeed very central. Nice coffee places around.

1. they ask you either for deposit of 300€ or damage waiver of 18€. I bet a lot of people afraid to loose 300€ so they pay 18€ instead but to me it seemed like feeling manipulation and I really did not like it. 2. when I came couple hours after plumber came to change tab. Next day Amazon delivery guy came to bring smth for microwave. None of this was communicated prior and was disturbing my time in the location. 3. Place is TINY. Very very very small, it was not even that comfortable to be there for 2 people. 4. All windows have walls directly in front of them. There is zero sunlight. You really feel there like in shoebox. We preferred to stay out as much as possible. 5. It was very cold. We had to turn on heater not to freeze, but it barely helped and it was incredibly loud even on „silent“ mode. So we had to turn it off overnight and we’re very cold during night. As there is no additional blankets or smth in Appartment. 6. Bed is VERY small. So to pass around bed to the other side was very hard, you almost do not fit in space between wall and bed. And bed itself is technically for 2 people but we were struggling to sleep there and were very much looking forward to leave. 7. Check in and out time. So check in time is at 3, check out is at 11am. It’s basically 4h lost of money.

La ubicación inmejorable, a 5 minutos del metro y rodeada de tiendas y supermercados para comprar. A 15 minutos andando de Gran Vía. La zona era bastante tranquila y el piso tenía de todo.

La habitación quizás es un poco pequeña pero para dos personas y para estar unos días no hace falta más.
