Some rossette were open .. I know later they were without electricity... but was uncomfort because of with children...in a moment personal close it... no Windows... just electricity light

Location is excellent, close to metro and other famous places

Lack of air, because it's in the basement, but luckly there is air conditioning in each room.

"Great stay in the heart of Madrid"

Location is just amazing, property is in very good shape considering it is a basement, staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and overall I would say it’s a good value for money. I would definitely stay here again was I to come back to Madrid.

Please please change the pillows, these ones are terrible, also the toilet seats need to be replaced, besides that I feel very satisfied, can’t think of anything that went wrong.
