even though the photos are posted on booking, when you come to the exact location still it is difficult to find the white door and the ground floor apartment. When you call the host she/he did not answer the phone call. Most importantly the matras was really bad and had a curved form and the guest had a lower back pain the next day. He could not sleep at all. The hot water boiler took 30 minutes to produce warm water and warm water stopped at first, after 1 min.

Very close to IFEMA, metro and groceries stores. The flat is clean, neighbourhood calm and bed very comfy. I could rest really well, which is what I needed.

The apartment is on the ground floor so no privacy if you want to open the curtains to get natural light. If you have a problem and call the owner, the person doesn't speak any English at all.. They try their best to help though, so that's ok, but better have good Spanish basics before coming.

The location is nearby IFEMA. You could walk all the way in about 25 minutes or have a 10 minute walk to the line 8 metro station. Supermarket just in front. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Cleanliness was good (with only exception of the sofa pillows). The bed was comfy although a bit narrow for 2 persons. Price-Quality relation is good.

Very thin walls, you can hear the neighbour shower, toss and use the toilet. The fridge makes a lot of noise. For check-in you need to upload your passport picture and personal information online, which makes it more vulnerable to identity theft. The sofa pillows smelled like dog and we checked the inside of the sofa and saw what looked like some dog hairs, but the rest was very clean.

Amazing property, easy to communicate and everything went smooth during the stay

Close to IFEMA , food shops

This apartments not new. Air inside not fresh. Strong smell of household chemicals. Dishes not clean. we order additional cleaning. Owner say that this apartments for 4 adults but it's fit only for 2 pairs of couple because bed and sofa 2 small.

The stuff was very friendly and really try to help but i cant speak spanish, sorry If you are working in the IFEMA complex its not far away and easy to reach by foot There is a supermarket very close

Guys, dont get me wrong, you are very friendly, helpful and you r very nice but my check in was a desaster: I booked a late night check in. i reached the location with the taxi it was 23:15 but nobody was there..Because I could not find the adress (which is really poorly described) my plan was to find the network, which you need to open the door by phone) then I would find the location..After walking around for 15 minutes I finally called the host. He picked up the phone straight, but sadly he could only talk spanish and after a while we figuered out that i just dont understand what he is telling me, so I asked an english speaking person on the street to help me, together with the spanish man it was still not possible to find the door and the network, we both tried now.. Again we were walking a round in the block complex to find the door...after a while of talking with the man on the phone the english speaking man gave me my phone and told me: its better you get your money back and get another apartment since it looks like that the man on the phone even doesnt know where his apartment is, but because he lived in the complex he said that this must be door to the apartment because he have seen many foraigners walk in an out here..and then he left. So I stood there, all alone again with the spanish speaking man, he said he phone me back but when i called him back he started to forward the call 6 times and i could not reach him anymore..so after another round of wifi search in the living complex, with all my laguagge i had a little break down and i start to cry..i was so sad, tired and angry, thinking i have to pay the 40€.. but after 10 minutes the man called me back and we again tried to figure out where the flat is..finally a friendly english speaking lady called and opend the door from their location because the internet did not work...finally i entered the room at 0:36...the wifi has another code than given to me
